www.settlementguide.comThe AIRE Centre required a website that would inform vulnerable young citizens of the EU living in the United Kingdom about the need for EU Settled Status.
Working with AIRE and Centrepoint, we ran workshops with young people to discover how they accessed information and what they already knew about Settled Status and the impending impact of Brexit.
Using feedback from user interviews we created a brand and information platform prototype to serve as a basis for further testing and iteration.
Once we were confident the solution was correct we worked with Rascality to develop the platform and launched it in early 2020. So far it has helped over 400 people determine their settlement status.
Settled status quiz
Aside from being an informational website, the key function is to help young people determine whether they can apply for Settled Status. If they could not, or it was unclear, they could then contact the AIRE Centre for free legal assistance.
We created an interative quiz that takes users through a decision flow and gives them a determination and next steps.
